to make these industries more accessible and lower the costs
of doing business for all participants.

alone does not provide a business owner with the contacts
and expertise necessary to finance or sell their company.

up qualified lenders, buyers, or investors who may want to

and determine for themselves, through the extensive matching
criteria, which possible lenders, buyers, or investors may

With Privex.com the mergers & acquisitions and investment
banking industries have become more accessible, more efficient,
and therefore much more cost-effective. By way of example,
a privately held company may want to raise debt or possibly
sell all or part of their company. They can now input their
general and financial details and submit this to either the
lender or buyer/investor database. At the same time a large
buyout fund or strategic buyer/investor company can input their
very specific acquisition or investment criteria and submit
this too is submitted to the database. The database also includes
banks and other finance companies that have input their own
specific criteria and parameters that must be met in order
to offer financing to a company. This can happen repeatedly,
with thousands of companies, buyers, investors, and lenders,
but all within the confines of one single database. The net
effect is that every company seeking debt financing is “applying” to
every bank and finance company within the database, but without
any lender actually seeing the company’s application.
This creates the path for the company to get the best offer
for financing available anywhere, whether it’s a lender
across town, across state, or across country. However, no company
would ever have time to apply at every bank nor would they
want their financial information released to all of these lenders.
Alternatively, those companies looking for a buyer or investor
are comparing themselves against the criteria of every buyer
or investor in the database.
Each match (whether it is for a lender, buyer, or investor
search) is then relayed back to the company only and the
company then selects which ones it wants to pursue. Only
when every field matches with the lender, buyer or investor
criteria is a preliminary match made. Only 100% matching

The principals at Privex.com
have a long and successful track record of mergers & acquisitions
(both buy-side and sell-side representations), business valuations,
investment banking, as well as other advisory services.
The Company has developed and grown through a successful
completion of over 1,650 completed engagements as well as
acquiring other strategic companies such as CompanyEquity.com,
CompanyLoan.com, Spectrum Acquisitions, Inc., and related
subsidiaries.
Our founders, principals, and other personnel hold a variety
of important and applicable licenses and credentials and
are registered with the NASD, Department of Real Estate,
and other regulatory agencies. These licenses include NASD
Series 7, Series 24, Series 31, Series 63, Series 65, California
Department of Real Estate Broker’s Licenses, etc. Credentials
include Certified Business Intermediary, Certified Business
Appraiser, etc. Most have Master’s Degrees in Business
Administration and many years of experience as well.
