Your Lender Application will be matched against each and every Borrower Application in our database. Our program will calculate a number of financial ratios from each Borrower Application as well and these too will be compared against the financial ratio criteria you input on your Lender Application. In all, nearly 170 financial ratios and data fields are compared one by one against your Lender Application input field parameters for every business/commercial borrower in our database.

There are no fees for submitting your Lender Application to our database. You only pay Privex.com a success fee if you ultimately provide financing or a credit facility to a business/commercial borrower from a match provided by or through Privex.com. This success fee is one-half percent (0.5%) to one percent (1%) of the loan amount. Specifically, it is 0.5% for funded loans on commercial real estate property, 0.75% on other funded business/commercial loans or lines of credit (excluding equipment loans or leases) and 1% on funded equipment loans or leases. In order to avoid smaller non-qualified users from using Privex.com we have established a minimum success fee for this and any service of $12,500.
