Application will be matched against each and every Seller Application
in our database. Our program will evaluate a number of general
and financial parameters and these will be compared against
the general and financial fields inputted by each seller in
our database. In all, nearly 220 general and financial data
field parameters are compared one by one against every seller's
input field in our database to provide you with a quality matching
of companies that fit your acquisition or investment criteria.
There are no fees for submitting your Buyer/Investor Application
to our seller database. You only pay Privex.com a success fee
if you ultimately acquire or invest in a company from a match
provided by or through Privex.com. This success fee is one
percent (1%) of the Gross
Transaction Value. In order to avoid smaller non-qualified
users from using Privex.com we have established a minimum success
fee for this and any service of $12,500. |
