Option #1: Simply complete the Seller Application

Your Seller Application will be matched against each and every buyer/investor Application in our database. Our program will evaluate a number of general and financial fields and these will be compared against the general and financial parameters inputted by each buyer/investor in our database. In all, nearly 220 general and financial data fields are compared one by one against every buyer/investor's input field parameters in our database to provide you with a quality matching of buyers or investors that have specified precise general and financial criteria which your company satisfies.

There are no fees for submitting your Seller Application to our buyer/investor database. You only pay Privex.com a success fee if you ultimately sell all or any part of your company to a buyer or investor from a match provided by or through Privex.com. This success fee is one percent (1%) of the Gross Transaction Value. In order to avoid smaller non-qualified users from using Privex.com we have established a minimum success fee for this and any service of $12,500.
