Bird's Eye View Meeting Table

The PRIVEX Incubator Program helps innovative start-up businesses or viable ideas transform into highly successful businesses or solutions to societal problems by offering mentorship, funding, resources, knowledge, business relationships, or access to crucial key markets.

PRIVEX helps small businesses and start-ups which have the potential to reach a valuation of at least US$100 million or which can truly improve the world in which we live. PRIVEX supports both possibilities. We are not interested in a business if we can’t see a way to navigate the hurdles (which every company faces) and get to a valuation of at least US$100 million. However, higher on our wish list are those opportunities that have the potential to improve or change people’s lives for the better.

Therein lies a field wide with opportunities that are not limited to just the obvious areas of environment, health, medical care, pharmaceuticals, genetics, or nutrition but also areas like human rights, criminology, safety design, safety products, robotics, laws & regulations, general well-being, poverty reduction/opportunity enhancement, food and water safety/delivery/availability, education, specific disease control or eradication, psychological or physical rehabilitation, etc. We are interested in helping to find solutions to these problems and then work to assure they become accepted within the scientific, legal, and business community.

With the expertise and experience of our team we can guide, support, and help grow a business to a national or international level, as well as provide capital and other resources and eventually exit through a successfully negotiated private sale or go public on a listed exchange, as appropriate.

The PRIVEX Incubator Program initiative is geared to support selected start-ups, young viable companies, and great ideas so they can develop the capabilities necessary to achieve greater commercial success in national or international markets and realize their economic potential much sooner and with significantly better odds than they otherwise would on their own.
